Shipping & Returns
Our company will take the fastest shipment of the world, including EMS, DHL. Most of orders are shipped via International Express Mail Service and usually arrive within 1 week. We are a professional online dealer and cooperate with EMS long term. All orders are insured for the full purchase amount, and can be tracked at the EMS Website.
Under normal circumstances, if you order and pay in the same day, the goods will be fast shipping. In case of holidays, they may be correspondingly delayed. Normally, delivery of parcels needs 7 - 14 days to arrive to the frequently transported countries, like United States, United Kingdom, German, and France. Other countries need 10-15 days; remote countries need 15-25 days.

Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, you must contact us for shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
Please confirm the color, size and style when placing your order according to pictures we offer. After receiving our products, if you are not satisfied with color or size, but not quality problems, exchange or partial refund of purchase amount are available. Return shipping is at buyer’s expense.
• As to quality problems or mistaken version, please take photos of the items and send them to us. We take full responsibility if quality problems are concerned.
• If you would like to exchange items for a different style or request refund, please inform us the tracking number after the items are being shipped back. Once we receive your package, we will ship the item you reorder or refund your payment.

No return or exchange under these situations:
1) We do not accept items that with any quality problem which is due to subjective awareness of defective goods.
2) We do not accept the returns of any item that has been used, damaged, engraved, or altered by the third party.
3) We do not accept items that are unauthorized, packaged incorrectly, or improperly insured.

Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 6-8 hours after orders placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Your understanding is appreciated. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched are treated in accordance with our return policy.
If you did not receive your tracking number within 3 days after placing your order, your e-mail server may have seen it as spam. In this case, please contact us for assistance.
